Challenger
When MATRIX's website was made they had only one product, the MATRIX Home, so they needed to rethink the website. One of the challenges was understand the brand, what was the products and how they interact with the audience. After several meeting with the US team we create a phrase that better define what it is: "Matrix is a IoT ecosystem of hardware and software."
Another problem that we faced was the lack of product photos, so we use the few that we had and did illustrations to fill the gap.
The process
We did remote sessions with US team to define the website's Information Architecture and Wireframes, basically how we will show the content, testing labels and how product informations will be displayed. So we design one page and collect feedback from team.
