This online chat is developed by HUGGY startup that help business to build better relationship with their clients through digital channels like Facebook Messenger, Telegram and Online Chat Platform.
The HUGGY already had an online chat in some clients however she wanted to compete with companies like Intercom, Jivochat and Drift that has a more modern interface. So my challenge was to design HUGGY's new online chat interface.
